Biography

Soleil Sunshine from Miami, Fl has shown interest in singing, acting and modeling since she was seven years of age. Soleil Sunshine grew up in a home with both her parents but more noticeable her mom singing throughout the day. At the age of 7, she joined the church choir, led her first solo and immediately was given the opportunity to sing in the adult choir. She has been singing since. Soleil Sunshine was approached at the age of sixteen to record with a well know local label. After further discussion with her parents as she was a minor at the time. They decided against allowing her to sign the deal and put the focus back on school. Soleil Sunshine took some time off from the music scene to get her education and continue her journey into a local graduate program. She clearly remembers her parents repeating the significance of being successful in life at anything including the music industry with an education instead of without. Returning back to her passion of music, Soleil Sunshine was reintroduced to such greats as Aretha Franklin, Donny Hathaway, Etta James, Marvin Gaye, Whitney Houston and many others by another local talent. Soleil knew then she was born to sing and sing with a purpose. Soleil began singing and performing in various venues and traveling to share her talent with the world. Soleil Sunshine brings her own experience from her childhood to teen years to her now, young adult life as proven history that anyone can make it. As a talented songwriter, she has shown to young people and adults alike that no one can determine your life for you or know what life has in store for you. Soleil Sunshine favors Jazz, R&B and Gospel and is far from lacking soul. Producers, engineers, choreographers and others alike have all made the same statement concerning this fresh coming artist. “Soleil Sunshine has something special and the world will be a witness along with her focus, dedication and her humbleness, she will be successful.” With much anticipation for her single to release in February 2010, this young lady is fearless, confident, beautiful and focused. She is indeed Soleil Sunshine!
