Biography

Taking the world by storm, Renatah Rae is a songwriter's artist. She is a singer, songwriter, poet and artist. She has been singing since the age of eight and has been trained by some of the most influential gospel artists in Philadelphia, such as Julius Brockington of the Brockington Ensemble and Minister John Payton. Renatah Rae has shared the stage with phenomenal artists such as Hezekiah Walker, Tye Tribbett, Tracy Shye, Troy Sneed, Earl Bynum & As We Are, Phillip Carter & SOV, and Lucretia Campbell. Her music is a compilation of contemporary gospel and infused with the sounds of traditional, Contemporary, and Neo-soul genres, as well as CCM & Christian Rock: "ChristoSoul" as she refers to it. Some of her influences include gopsel and secular artists alike, such as Fred Hammond, Nichole Nordeman, Santogold, Lalah Hathaway, and Mali Music. Though she effectively and anointedly ministers and evangelizes through her music, she is a songwriter at heart; with a catalog of songs that are sought after by some of today's up and coming Gospel artists. Chosen by God, Renatah Rae speaks to the heart of the worshiper.
