Biography

Badia is a woman called by God to deliver the gospel message through the medium of hip hop music. With God inspired and Christ centered lyrics, she focuses on a practical message mostly influenced by her daily walk with God, and the circumstances of women, children and families. Her freshman project entitled "God's Woman" was released in 2004 and produced by Kevin Arthur. It featured well known artists such as Da' Truth, The Phanatik, T.R.U.L.I.F.E. , R-Swift, all courtesy of the Cross Movement and also Ericka Arthur, Tasha Montfort, and others who greatly contributed. Badia has worked with Tony Moore and Jehovah's Chosen, Michelle Bonilla, and has been featured on "The Track" an evangelistic CD released by Cross Movement Records. She has also been featured on the Phanatik's first solo release " The Incredible Walk" and more recently featured on the song "Hey Girl" from the duo "Everyday Process" on their debut album entitled "The Process of Illumination and Elimination".

The Lord is preparing Badia to be a spokeswoman well-equipped to bring the gospel message to the lost and hurting. Through her experiences the Lord has given her grace to address specific topics for women that need encouragement in their daily walk with Christ and also for women who desperately need an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. She is determined not to be just another lady on the mic with a "positive vibe", but a skilled lyricist who seeks maturity and growth in God. Her purpose and mission is to counteract the world's ill-conceived notions and degrading stereotypes of women that God created. She wants to bring the "unknown" or rather unpopular message of a woman's true worth, value and virtue that only comes from the Lord.

Badia's upcoming CD entitled "FREE 2b" is anticipated to drop in February 2008, God willing. This project is definitely worth your time, support and prayers. She purposes in her heart to reach and relate to all who will listen....so prepare to be made "FREE 2B" in Christ Jesus our Lord!!! John 8:31,32
